Exception for Digital Products
If you have already accessed or downloaded the product, and you explicitly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal at the time of purchase, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal request.
