Refund policy

Digital Products

All products offered by Hammer and Dye are digital downloads (e.g., PDF patterns and tutorial content). No physical goods are sold or shipped.

Non-Returnable Nature of Digital Content

Due to the nature of digital products, downloads are generally excluded from returns and refunds once the download has begun.

By completing the purchase, you expressly agree that we begin performance of the contract before the end of the statutory withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun, in accordance with § 356 (5) BGB.

Technical Issues

If you experience any problems accessing or downloading your files, or if a file is defective or incomplete, please contact info@hammeranddye.com. We will provide assistance and, where appropriate, a replacement file or other solution.

Refund Handling

Payments and billing are processed by LemonSqueezy, acting as Merchant of Record and contractual seller of the digital products. Any refund requests are handled through LemonSqueezy in accordance with their refund procedures and applicable EU consumer law.
