Delivery of Digital Products

All Hammer and Dye products offered on this website are digital products (downloadable PDF patterns and tutorial content). No physical goods are sold or shipped.

After purchase, access to the digital files is provided electronically via LemonSqueezy, which acts as Merchant of Record. Customers receive an order confirmation and receipt by email from LemonSqueezy containing download access.

No Shipping

Because only digital products are offered:

  • No parcels are shipped

  • No delivery times or tracking numbers apply

  • No customs or postal services are involved

Order Status

Order confirmations, receipts, and download access are provided by LemonSqueezy. If you have not received your confirmation email within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact info@hammeranddye.com with your name and order details.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, downloads are generally non‑returnable once access has been granted. Refund requests are handled through LemonSqueezy in accordance with their refund policy and applicable EU consumer law.
