OVERVIEW This website is operated by Hammer and Dye. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hammer and Dye. Hammer and Dye offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing digital products, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including the policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the technical platform. Payment processing, invoicing and VAT handling are provided by LemonSqueezy, acting as Merchant of Record.

After successful purchase, access to the digital product is provided electronically via LemonSqueezy. By completing the purchase, you expressly agree that performance begins before the end of the statutory withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access has been granted, in accordance with § 356 (5) BGB.

Digital products are licensed for personal use only. Redistribution, sharing, resale, or commercial reproduction is not permitted.

SECTION 6 – BILLING INFORMATION Payment processing and invoicing are handled by LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record. You agree to provide accurate information required for the transaction. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
